I’m a senior technology leader with extensive experience delivering and developing technology services within complex professional services environments.As Head of IT Operations at a leading UK law firm, I have responsibility across infrastructure, service delivery and information security, supporting more than 1,400 people across the UK and Ireland. My focus is on building technology services that are secure, resilient and straightforward for people to use.My experience spans technology strategy, operational leadership, cyber security, service transformation, business continuity and supplier management. I’ve led major infrastructure and service improvements while maintaining the governance and operational resilience expected within a highly regulated environment.I’m particularly interested in the practical application of AI and automation.
